Lugu Sinimägede kaitselahingutest Eestis 1944. aasta suvel. Ajal, mil Punaarmee Euroopas ligi tuhat kilomeetrit edeneb, ei suuda ta peaaegu poole aasta jooksul vallutada kolme nõlva Ida-Eestis. Sakslased on Eesti idapiirile mobiliseerinud massiliselt eesti vabatahtlikke, enamasti verinoori mehi.
