Siccin 5, yıllar önce yapılan ayin sonrası hayatları kabusa dönen ailenin hikayesini anlatıyor. Hale, ailesiyle birlikte Nevşehir'deki tarihi bir evde yaşayan 12 yaşındaki genç bir kızdır. Değişik görünümü ve tuhaf davranışları sebebiyle insanlarla pek iletişim kuramayan Hale, yaşadığı eski ve ürkütücü evi de annesi, akli dengesi bozulmakta olan babaannesi ve halası Azra'yla paylaşmaktadır. Hale'nin babası daha o doğmadan ortadan kaybolmuş ve ondan bir daha hiç haber alınamamıştır. Ancak Hale'nin bir gece gördüğü korkunç kabus tüm dengeleri değiştirecektir. Hale rüyasında, hiç görmediği babasının onu eski ve tekinsiz bir eve çağırdığını görür. Babasının bahsettiği ev ise Hale'nin dedesinin Karain Köyü'ndeki eski evidir. Bu ev yıllar önce yasak bir ayinin gerçekleştirildiği yerdir. Bu kabustan sonra Hale ürkütücü bir şekilde değişmeye başlar. Genç kızın karakterindeki değişimler bütün ev halkı için korkutucu bir hal almaktadır.
