한국 태권도의 김태중은 태권도 대회에 가는 길에 동경에 진길용을 찾는다. 진길용은 의문의 죽음을 당한다. 장례식에서 갑자기 헬기에 의해 관이 도난 당하고 결의 형제인 진만호가 참사하기에 이른다. 김태중은 길용의 하인 하서방으로부터 길용이 사망전에 시시리섬에 다녀온 것과 그곳에서 촬영한 16미리 필름을 손에 넣으나 두 괴한으로부터 추격을 당한다. 김태중은 시시리섬 성주 구이에를 만나 조사를 한다. 구이에도 하인 몽로에게 살해당하며 고성 지하실에서 나온 사자와 표범과 격투를 벌인후 태중은 탈출하나 또다시 괴한의 추격을 받는다. 괴한은 국제경찰관 한영준과 최백호를 알게되고 사건의 실마리를 찾아 한국 고찰에 숨어 있는 길용을 찾는다. 길용은 국제 마약단의 보스로 몽로와 짜고 변사극을 짜고 은신 중이었다. 태중은 무적의 무예가들과 일대 격전을 벌여 악당들을 해치운다.
