Synopsis
While working in Manila, PIs Nick (Alexander Nevsky) and Charlie (Casper Van Dien) discover a terrorist base as they investigate a murder. Wary of the local police, they decide to take matters into their own hands and attempt to infiltrate the base and eliminate the terrorists. Directed by Mark Dacascos.
