Film, özel bir görevle Kıbrıs Barış Harekâtı’na katılan Üsteğmen Kemal’in ve dört arkadaşının hikâyesini anlatır. Kemal, gizli bir görevle Kıbrıs’a gider, burada mücahitlerle buluşur. Öncelikle Osman, Reşit, Ahmet ve Emin’i bulması gerekmektedir. Fakat mücahitlerin arasında onları göremez çünkü hepsi hapishanededir. Onları hapishaneden kurtarabilmek için kendisini de bir şekilde hapishaneye attırır. Yapılan tüm işkencelerin sonunda arkadaşlarına kavuşur. Ekip, bir süre sonra hapishaneden kaçar ve görevlerini yerine getirmek için harekete geçerler. Amaçları, Rumlara istihbarat sağlayan ve tüm Türk savaş araçlarını takip eden radarı yok etmektir.
