In this sequel to Disney's Escape to Witch Mountain, Tia and Tony (Kim Richardsand Ike Eisenmann), the amnesiac space children with amazing mental powers who recovered their memories and escaped from their pursuers in the earlier film, have returned to earth for a brief vacation, thanks to the lift given them by their lovable uncle Bene (Denver Pyle). When mad-scientist Victor (Christopher Lee) sees them use their amazing powers to rescue the helpless subject of one of his cruel experiments, he decides to harness them to achieve world domination. He kidnaps Lee and straps him into a nefarious device which subverts the boy's powers to Victor's evil purposes. Tia allies herself with a group of street kids and persuades them to help her find her brother. Lee's powers are also coveted by an associate of Victor's, the greedy villainess Letha (Bette Davis), who just wants gold, and lots of it. Meanwhile, the chase is on.
