How Long to Watch “Pumpkin Scissors”?

Following a long and bloody war, the Empire has agreed to peace with the Republic of Frost, ending years of intense conflict - or so it would seem. In reality, the war rages on, in the form of poverty and classism. Seeking to ferret out the corrupt wealthy who keep the lower classes clinging to the bottom rungs of the Empire's economic ladder is the Imperial Army's Intelligence Section Three -- codenamed Pumpkin Scissors, an elite unit that's turned its sites from chasing down enemy tanks, to repairing the damage wrought by the years of war. In charge of the unit is Lt. Alice Malvin, a woman with the guts, the skills, and the hope to spearhead such a difficult task. But when routine investigations begin to yield secret info about a failed program to engineer Super Soldiers, it begins to look like the road to finding those responsible for the ruins of the empire might lead her all the way to the top.
