Synopsis
A look at the process of issuing an arrest warrant for war crimes allegedly committed by Sudanese president Omar al-Bashir follows prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo as he defends the warrant before the UN Security Council. Later, in the Hague, Moreno-Ocampo tries a case against alleged Congolese war criminal Thomas Lubanga.
