Synopsis
In this low-budget thriller, L.A. radio talk-show host Karlin Pickett finds his ratings soar after a psychopathic killer becomes a regular caller. When the killer first calls and announces that he has murdered a woman, only Detective Dimotto takes him seriously. However, when another woman dies, Dimotto solves the case.
