Synopsis
What does it mean to be a practising polygamist in America today? In the religious community of Centennial Park, Arizona (population 1500), embedded film crews explore the inner workings of a community of people living a way of life decreed almost 200 years ago. It's a world that's largely unknown and unseen by the general public, but now, for the first time, the people of Centennial Park have allowed cameras unprecedented access to their rites, rituals and lives. Here, women choose their husbands through an inspiration from God, while husbands try to prove themselves worthy and wait to be chosen.
