В октябре 2016 и апреле 2017 года в Волгограде состоялся Первый Волгоградский видеокампус «ВКРАТЦЕ!» «Личный город» под руководством кинорежиссера Андрея Сильвестрова. Видеокампус был задуман как эксперимент — художественное исследование города и горожан с помощью аудиовизуальных медиа. Основным результатом кампуса стал коллективный фильм «Облако Волгоград», состоящий из портретов и автопортретов молодых волгоградцев. Под облаком имеется в виду принятое в современную цифровую эпоху облачное хранилище данных. И этот образ «небесного» облака стал одновременно образом того, что мы сделали на видеокампусе: это «облако», которое хранит жизни (эмоции, ощущения, мысли) горожан.
