Ο Μήτσος (Κώστας Στεφανάκης) αποφυλακίζεται και αντιμετωπίζει την βρωμιά, τα ναρκωτικά, τα σκυλάδικα και την προκατάληψη της κοινωνίας απέναντι στους πρώην κατάδικους.
