Synopsis
An engaging Irish handyman charms a wealthy elderly invalid, and ultimately sways her not-so-easily-swayed niece, who succumbs to his advances despite the fact that she begins to suspect he may be a wanted murderer. A superb version of Emlyn Williams' play. Remade in 1964.
