Monkey Trouble
Synopsis
Family adventure about a young girl who befriends a performing monkey. Schoolgirl Eva (Thora Birch) is desperate to have a pet of her own, but her mother Amy (Mimi Rogers) and stepfather Tom (Christopher McDonald) are not convinced that she is responsible enough to care for one. Eva's luck changes when she returns home one day to find Dodger (Finster), a cheeky monkey which has been taught by his owner Azro (Harvey Keitel) to pick pockets down on the local seafront, in her house. Eva and Dodger soon become best friends, but she is going to have trouble hiding him from her parents and from an angry Azro.
