Synopsis
A special agent infiltrates the West Coast faction of the Israeli mob with the help of high-tech surveillance equipment, and he is soon caught up in a feud between rival gangs as he attempts to bring down the fearsome kingpin of the Israeli mob's operations on the western coast of the United States.
