Synopsis
When a lecherous tax collector invades an annual goddess celebration, a woman resists his advances in this somber drama. She slaps his face and takes refuge with other women in a spice factory. Soldiers surround the factory as the women prefer death to surrender. When the troops burst through the barricaded door, the wronged woman blinds the tax collector by throwing hot spices in his eyes.
