Synopsis
Rishi fondly known as 'Mirapakaay' is an inspector in the Intelligence Bureau. Kittu Bhai, a mafia don plots to terrorise India. For an undercover operation Rishi goes to Hyderabad and joins a college as a Hindi lecturer. When Vaishali, the daughter of the don joins the same college, the chief officer tells Rishi to extract information about Kittu from her.
