Synopsis
Thriller in which a big-city cop sets out to avenge the death of his partner, thought to have been shot by a drug dealer. However, the villain has friends in high places and succeeds in getting the cop thrown off the case. Incensed by his superiors' actions, the detective resigns from the force and enlists the help of a private eye friend to continue the investigation.
