Synopsis
An incarcerated cop and a courageous team of prisoners have their hands full in stopping an escaped terrorist. He threatens to use a nuclear weapon to annihilate a prison and most of L.A. in hopes of provoking a catastrophic nuclear conflict between the U.S. and the Arab Middle East.
