Synopsis
A good cop (Chad McQueen, son of Steve McQueen) tries to convince his brother (Andy McCutcheon) to renounce a life of crime. With his female partner (Cynthia Rothrock) and martial-arts skills, he must rescue the brother's downward slide from auto theft into arms deals.
