Synopsis
The story revolves around a haunted farmhouse called Mantra Nilayam, which is owned by Mantra. She tries to sell the house but nobody comes forward to buy it. However, a Professor agrees to buy the property on one condition. The remainder of the film involves the solving of the mystery behind the deaths.
