Synopsis
Small town Sheriff Harry Bailey (Dean Cain) draws on the skills he learned as an FBI profiler to track down a vicious killer with a taste for human flesh. But the closer Harry gets to his suspect, the more it begins to appear as if the maniac is actually a mythical monster feared by locals for generations.
