Lovers Lane

Insane murderers obsessed with illicit sex are on the prowl in this horror story. A scandal erupts in a small town when the wife of the local sheriff and the husband of the school nurse are discovered to be having an affair shortly before they're both brutally murdered. Both victims had young children, and ten years later their offspring are students attending the same high school when a lunatic with a meat hook begins murdering teens at the local Lover's Lane. It soon becomes obvious that more than one killer is loose -- could one of them be the murderer from a decade ago, back to seek revenge on the children of his victims? Lovers Lane stars Diedre Kilgore, Brian Alleman, and Carter Roy. Anna Faris, who appears in a small role, would enjoy a career breakthrough a year later in -- ironically enough -- the horror-film spoof Scary Movie.
