Synopsis
Aspiring film director Gu connects with gorgeous model Xiaoxi via the same mobile messaging app that brought together Gu's best friend A-Gua and an up-and-coming actress. Later, A-Gua uses his connections to introduce Gu to an investor who shows interest in funding his latest project. But creative differences open a rift between the director and his investor just as A-Gua's girlfriend seizes an opportunity to become the film's lead actress, highlighting the unexpected ways that our virtual connections can influence our lives in the real world.
