Fourteen year old, boy crazed Lisa, thinks her mother, Katherine, is being too harsh when she incessantly maintains that no boyfriends are allowed until she is sixteen. So in the name of innocent fun, Lisa and her friend concoct a plan to track down handsome men through their car licence plate and telephone numbers. The girls call up their target; playfully chat and have a giggle, then move on to someone else. But the night Lisa meets Richard, a handsome and charming man, the fun stops. As they flirt over the phone, and a relationship starts to blossom, the two are keen to meet. But Lisa doesn't realise that the man she is falling for is actually the psycho-serial killer that the police are desperately trying to catch.
