Synopsis
A talented young singer finds his life thrown into disarray when his Marine father is re-deployed to Afghanistan, his family home goes into foreclosure, and his embittered grandfather makes a mockery of his musical talents. With his father (Dash Mihok) overseas and his mother struggling with addiction, Henry Matthews Uriah Shelton enters a high profile singing competition with a $5,000 prize. Growing up, Henry and his dad bonded over music. Now Henry's father is gone, and his family is in crisis. Determined to keep his family together by whatever means necessary, Henry uses his voice - and the musical talents learned from his father - to carry his family through hard times.
