Synopsis
This film takes place in 1920s Shanghai. A vicious Japanese drug ring is operating in the city with impunity. Martial-arts expert Billy Chong takes on the intruders single-handedly. Naturally, Billy doesn't believe in taking prisoners or giving his victims a second chance.
