Synopsis
A group of gay teens in New York City celebrate their sexuality and love of music by dancing in organized groups known as "houses" in this joyful documentary. The gatherings, known as the "Kiki" scene, involves gay and transgendered youths who join each other in the West Village to enjoy ballroom-inspired dancing, ostentatious costumes, and cash prizes, as well as messages of safe sex and acceptance.
