Karate Exterminators

Kuei Chi hung directs this grim kung-fu horror flick about two million taels worth of gold bars that are stolen from a royal treasure. Ambitious Manchu cop Leng (Chen Kuan-tai) leads a company of troops into the hinterland in search of the money. He discovers some clues in a remote abandoned temple. He also learns that his less-than-honest rival Fan Jin-diao (Jason Pai Piao) is also pursuing the same booty, but for his own private purse, not that of the emperor. As Leng finds that he is losing men left and right to late-night raids, he confronts the formidable bandit king Fang Feng-jia (Ku Feng) who is responsible for the theft.
