Synopsis
In spite of the many differences that separate them, a Chinese woman and a Slavic fisherman are magnetically drawn to each other. Their relationship is met with much disdain and backlash as the society they live in are not very tolerant of their unusual friendship. The story follows their lives and how they deal with the harsh circumstances surrounding their lives.
