Synopsis
Taking full advantage of standing sets, The Three Stooges travelled to the South Seas island of Rhum Boogie in this 2-reel comedy directed by the indefatigable Del Lord. They are tree surgeons searching for a rare puckerless persimmon tree but nearly end up as dinner for the natives. The only way out seems to be for Curly to marry the chief's ugly daughter. They manage to escape that terrible fate as well and after tussling with a rather lethargic alligator sail off with their priceless persimmon tree.
