Rachel and CJ live in Chicago where the weather can be unpredictable at best, so their dream wedding brings the outdoors in with a magnificent floral canopy that transforms a sophisticated ballroom into an enchanted garden. No challenge is too great for wedding designer Yanni and his support staff and they get to work creating an elaborate trellis to support the bride and groom's vision that will be covered with blossoms and candles. Family and their cultural heritage is extremely important to this couple as well and will be reflected in a middle-eastern inspired menu and the religious ceremony. Rachel and CJ select mouth-watering entrees and four other courses along with the help of the executive chef of their venue. Rachel spied her wedding gown in the window of a trendy bridal boutique and fell in love immediately with the delicate beadwork and lace. To complete her exquisite ensemble, CJ sent his sisters to her last fitting to surprise her with a diamond-covered bracelet weighing over 8 carats. The opulent ballroom décor is highlighted by an elaborate lighting plan to reflect all the colors of nature; the mossy green and deep rich chocolate brown colored table settings play up the elements of earth, fire and wood. Even the decadent wedding cakes are coordinated to match the color scheme. When Rachel and CJ see the completed ballroom in its entirety, they are almost moved to tears by the lush floral wonderland lit by the glow of hundreds of candles and enhanced by L.E.D. lighting. All of their guests danced long into the night at their wedding underneath the indoor canopy as the bride and groom reveled in the fruition of their dream wedding.
