Synopsis
Todd, Rick and Randye check out a run-down apartment complex and discover a staggering number of needles and prescription drugs in the on-site manager's residence. When he becomes hostile, the police are called. They also check out what they think is a trashed, abandoned house and discover a severely depressed man hiding under the table. A complaint of threatening behaviour leads the team to a tenant with chickens, frogs and lizards in his living room and a deadly secret in his bathtub.
