Head to head in the Feeding Clinic this time is 20-year-old Brooke Gamble and superskinny 51-year-old Marie Sheratt. Brooke is a 24 stone 8 pound medical student who worries her size 28 body will stop future patients taking her seriously as a doctor. Dr Christian sends Brooke to America to meet 32 stone Christina White, who is confined to living and sleeping in just one room. And in Evansville, Indiana, America's fattest city, Dr Christian's hits the airwaves in a final bid to make the people sit up and listen.
