Synopsis
Nene's scream alerts the others, and they barge into the truck to see a glassy-eyed Mackey connected to the truck's computer by writhing tentacles. Galataea is infiltrating his brain, wiping out what she considers "faulty data" -- his human memories and experiences. Priss severs the connection by chopping the tentacles, but the damage is done. Mackey sits staring into space, oblivious to everything around him. Sylia prepares to confront Galataea alone, and the other Knight Sabers rally around her. As international forces converge on Tokyo to evacuate the remaining people and deal with the crisis, the Knight Sabers break through Galataea's defenses to confront her face to face. But instead of a little girl, they find a grown woman who looks exactly like Sylia -- one with an array of biomechanical nightmares at her disposal, and perfectly willing to merge herself with all of the tower's surrounding technology. (American release in 2001.).
