Synopsis
Paine steals the robots that were used in the game show in #101, modifies the technology, and starts to create a multitude of cyborgs that will be indestructible and serve as his "ultimate army". Paine gets Axel's tag blaster in a battle. While the team captures one of the cyborgs, they "re-program" it so that it's useful to them, so Axel feels terrible about this, believing he's let the entire team down.
