Synopsis
While Trish sets off to a less salubrious part of town in a bid to retrieve her lost mobile phone, Natalie struggles to deal with difficult claimant Keith and finds herself threatened with legal action. Trish is horrified when Connor, who found her phone, also discovered some very personal pictures. Karl only has Janette to help him save Natalie's job, but she is more concerned about her fellow security guard Paul's body odour.
