Synopsis
A scientific expedition into the Arctic unearths three genetically-modified Soviet soldiers who have been literally frozen in time since the Cold War, and who remain determined to carry out a devastating terrorist attack on New York City unless one brave scientist (Dominic Purcell) can deactivate them first.
