Synopsis
A young comic struggles to perform in the wake of her comedian father's death. She worries she will go down the same self-destructive path he did, but works to overcome her fears by taking writing classes. However, as her costs go up, she gets a job as assistant to a professor, in whom she finds a mentor and a friend.
