Synopsis
An investigation into the murder and disfigurement of the police commissioner's wife, Anita, reveals her secret involvement in a hit-and-run accident years ago. As the investigation deepens, everyone involved becomes threatened. All of Lieutenant Braque's witnesses are progressively found deadand he finds himself in a race to find and stop the Phantom Killer before he becomes the next victim.
