Synopsis
Freedom Fighter is a documentary film that examines the life and struggle of Lian Shengde, a Chinese activist and one of the leading exiled critics of the Chinese government. Born during the Cultural Revolution, what Shengde witnessed as a young man sickened him and strengthened his resolve to struggle against what he saw as the forces of tyranny.
