Synopsis
In this action film, deputy sheriff Thomas Jefferson Geronimo III (Joe Don Baker) must transport a captured Mafia member from Texas to Italy to be tried for his crimes. However, Geronimo's prisoner has friends in high places and the journey might not be as easy as he thought.
