After saving a little girl from drowning, Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle receives an offer to join the police force, or rather, the Keystone Cops. This Mack Sennett-produced quickie, however, focuses primarily on Arbuckle's antics, and justifiably so -- even though he'd been at the Keystone Studios for only a few months, he'd already become a star in his own right.
