Junge Aktivisten aus Berlin organisieren den Sonderzug 18800 von Berlin nach Genf um den G8-Gipfel in Evian am Lac Léman zu blockieren oder "im besten Fall" zu stören. Lukas Engelmann, 21 Jahre alt, ist der attac-Koordinator für dieses besondere Ereignis. Mehr als tausend junge Leute nehmen an der Initiative teil, und steigen in einer der 15 Stationen zu, um Teil der rollenden Demonstration zu sein. In Bezugsgruppen organisiert protestieren sie gegen die "nicht-gewählte Weltregierung". Sozialer und ziviler Ungehorsam ist ihr Weg um die Welt radikal zu verändern.
