Synopsis
Werner Herzog uses "little people" to represent the downtrodden of society in Even Dwarfs Started Small. The diminutive patients of an asylum are tired of the humiliating treatment they receive from the normal sized attendants (and from larger people in general). They decide to avenge themselves by staging a coup with the other inmates.
