Synopsis
Shankar is an orphan who is raised by a dutiful cop, Raja Rao. Shankar grows up to join the police forces. An encounter specialist, Shankar is assigned the task of putting an end to the illegal businesses of Damodar. It is not an easy task as he has to face Damodar's henchmen and immense power.
