Synopsis
To uncover an illegal cigarette trafficking scheme, the police commissioner joins hands with a petty thief, Elisamy. The commissioner has his eyes set on a powerful smuggler Nagaraj and instructs Elisamy to befriend Kappal, Nagaraj's right hand. He also offers Elisamy his dream cop job on successfully obtaining evidence against the smuggler. Will Elisamy be able to complete his mission?.
