Synopsis
Kashinath's family gets charged a huge electricity bill which they cannot afford to pay. So, he uses the RTI act to fight against corruption in the electricity board. An engineer at the board does everything in his power to stop Kashinath from appearing at a hearing in Mumbai and he succeeds.
