Synopsis
Although the plot may wobble here and there, this kung-fu film from Taiwan about a son's revenge for the murder of his family has some clever tricks up its sleeve and is served with a bit of humor on the side. When Zhen Nuzai refuses to sell his profitable salt business to an unscrupulous merchant, the rejected buyer hires a hitman to kill off Zhen and his two sons. The hitman succeeds only partially; one son is left and he vows to avenge the murders. He gets a chance after he meets an old puppet master with expertise in the martial arts and starts training for a final showdown.
