Synopsis
Wally Newton is a rebellious 90's kid whose closest friend is his Dalmatian Neechee. When the two are on a walk, a lowlife drug dealer attacks Neechee. Wally fights back and finds himself locked behind bars. Worse, Neechee is dognapped by gangsters who think that Wally has stolen their goods. Wally now embarks on a crazy adventure in order to rescue his dog.
